For a long time now there has been two ways to collect a Chaos army in Warhammer.

These are the Hordes of Chaos and Beasts of Chaos armies, from May 2008 there will be a third, Daemons of Chaos (Chaos Daemons in Warhammer 40k)

In this article I'll run through the characteristics of the existing two armies and let you know what you are likely to find in the new daemonic Chaos army.

I'll briefly explain what Warhammer and Chaos are, Warhammer is the worlds most popular tabletop fantasy wargame and Chaos form a primordial evil force within the fictional Warhammer world. Chaos has a corrupting influence on all that it touches and exposure whether intentional or accidental can lead to physical mutation and madness. The insane and the desperate sometimes fall to the worship of Chaos either in it's entirety or an individual facet. The four most common facets are as follows; Khorne the blood god, Slaanesh god of pleasure, Tzeentch god of change and Nurgle lord of decay. Right that's the basics covered, on with the article...

First up, the Hordes of Chaos, this army can take one of two main forms. If the army is led by a mortal, then mortal troops form its core choices and daemonic troops count as special choices. Conversely, in armies that are led by a daemonic general, daemons form the core, and mortal troops count as special choices. Troop choices are also influenced by the Chaos god worshiped by the general. Troops may also be incorporated from the Beasts of Chaos army list, which is fully compatible with the Hordes of Chaos rules. It is likely that this will also be the case with the Daemons of Chaos army list.

A Hordes of Chaos army can contain a wide range of both mortal and daemonic troops. The mortal units that a Chaos army can bring to bear include Chaos Warriors, both infantry and cavalry, these are the elite mortal troops of Hordes of Chaos army, and the rank-and-file Chaos Marauders. The daemonic units available are incredibly varied. Each of the four Chaos gods having there own pantheon that they can field. In addition to this any Chaos army can also include the Furies and Spawn of Chaos to the fray.

Secondly, Beasts of Chaos, these armies are predominantly formed from herds of Beastmen, these creatures are part man, part beast. Either men that have became part beast or animals that have became part man through the mutating influence of Chaos. They live in the dark places of the Warhammer world, forming roaming warbands led by the strongest amongst them. Beastmen hordes are lethal in battle, forming a merciless horde of ruthless warriors, fielding huge war-chariots, packs of savage hounds and bands of larger beasts eager to tear apart any enemy that dares to stand in their way. Beasts of Chaos can also fight alongside troops from the Hordes of Chaos list.

Thirdly, Daemons of Chaos, this new army list is likely to be compatible with the Chaos lists just as the existing ones can be used together, for more on this we need to wait and see. What is known for certain is that there will be a whole host of new daemonic troops available. These include the Masque for Slannesh, the Karanak and Bloodcrusher for Khorne and some additional daemonic troops, including the Skulltaker (most likely Khorne) and the Epidemius who's affiliation is yet to be confirmed.

Another thing that is guaranteed is that the new Daemons of Chaos army book will include loads of new background information on the nature of Chaos and the Daemons of four great Chaos powers. I for one can't wait.

Naruto: Rise of the Ninja follows the story of the popular anime series. The game's style is that of a 'beat 'em up' with RPG aspects, for example, your character's stats do increase and they will learn new moves and abilities as the game progresses.

Whilst I really liked the style of this game, and the use of cell-shading I was disappointed that the developers had not re-animated the cut scenes in the same manner (unlike the new Dragonball Z game), instead they have simply inserted actual slips from the anime into the video game. I actually find this to be quite lazy, especially since the game can be completed in about 10 hours. If they had added some nice CGI it would have made it a little bit more enjoyable.

Despite the length of this game, I really enjoyed playing through it. The graphics are impressive, the story immersive and the voice acting exactly what you can expect from a top class anime series. However, despite the impressive graphics, there is one very obvious flaw, and that is the fact that the in game characters never actually move their mouths to speak, the voice over's simply sound, this is unlike the Dragonball game where they speak even in battle.

I think that they have cut many corners in this game, there are things that I personally would have included in the game in order to improve the style and feel of it. I would have been much more impressed if they had bothered to animate things other than a simple walk, run and jump cycle. The fact that they simply didn't bother to animate the mouths at all throughout the game, leads me to believe that they simply wanted to release this game as soon as possible, with as little work required.

Missions CONSTANTLY require you to travel from A to B, and then back to A, and back to B about five times before you can proceed with the games actual story. This becomes ridiculous and irritating after the third time, and I couldn't help but think I would have enjoyed the experience a bit more if they had bothered to allow you to be transported to the correct location.. And before I get the, "Maybe they couldn't" line, they could and this is proven since after each mission, you can warp back to Leaf Village.

However, despite the many gripes I have about this game, and its lazy development, I am still highly pleased with the game and have enjoyed playing through it, and even though the game was only 10 hours long, I felt should it have continued, my patience would have been tried. I have even decided to watch the complete Naruto series, something that up until now I have failed to manage.

So, hopefully you will find this review useful, and I hope it helps you make the correct choice in your next video games purchase.

Omnislash in Disc 1 is easiest to earn right after the Temple of the Ancients. I would recommend using Cloud for the Battle Arena since he is overall the best character between stats, weapons, and limits. Make sure to equip the Nail Bat and Ribbon on him. Note that the Nail Bat does not possess any Materia slots.

Next equip Cloud with an Armor with the most Materia slots possible without losing Defense or Magic Defense. Cloud will now possess average-high Attacks, well rounded Defense/Magic Defense, and immunity to basically all status ailments (thanks to the Ribbon). Having his Level 3 Limits is highly advised as well since they are powerful. Next onto Materia configuring.

Nail Bat: No Materia slots
Armor: Restore, HP Plus, Enemy Skill (Beta, Big Guard, White Wind, Magic Hammer), Odin

Now travel to the Gold Saucer Wonder Square to stock up on Gold Saucer Points (GP). Play the Bike Mini Game 10-20 times earning 100-200 GP. Since each try at the Battle Arena is 10 GP. So in turn each game successfully completed of the Mini Bike is equivalent to one try at the Battle Arena. Food for thought.

That takes care of all the prep work. Now find the Battle Arena and start battling. Here are the most notable enemies that might cause you a pain in the back.

Appearance: Grim Reaper
Move: Joker (Instant Death)

Appearance: Jelly Blob
Move: Drain (MP)

Note: MP is crucial in the Battle Arena. It might even be more valuable than HP.

Appearance: Pirate Ship
Move: Exits you from the Battle. Annoying because you get 0 Battle Points (BP) for being thrown from the Battle in the Final Round. Defeat this enemy quickly.

Slot Battle Arena Point System In a Nut Shell
Final Round Handicaps determine how many points you will receive after defeating the last enemy. Basically the more difficult Handicaps give more BP. The No Handicap or Restore Bonuses give low BP. Try to get these Handicaps because they pay off the best.

Broken Weapons/Armor/Accessories/Materia (High BP)
Toad/Mini (Medium BP)

After earning Omnislash for between 60,000-70,000 Battle Arena Points the rest of the game will be simple. To put it simply by defeating Jenova at the end of Disc 1 with 16-hits from a devastating Nail Bat. To those of you attempting to unlock Omnislash Good Luck!

"What more could have been said?" I wondered, left with a feeling of content, after reading Joyce Garity's essay "Is Sex All That Matters?" Able to identify with her on most of her viewpoints of the world in which we live in today, I felt some of the weight being lifted from off my shoulders; relieved that I'm not the only human in this world looking upon magazine and TV ads, with half-naked models posing as sex exploits, as a brainwashing on people's minds.

We are influenced by our society, culture and most of all what we perceive. There isn't a magazine, television commercial or billboard advertisement in Times Square that's not giving or sending out a sexual message to people. These ads are intended for viewers to believe in their fantasies and promises that if you don't buy and wear a certain pair of jeans, you won't look sexy or, if you don't buy and wear a certain cologne or perfume, no man will ever want you, or even if you don't look thin and petite you won't have a social life because being skinny is considered beautiful. In most American commercials, literally, a man and woman run around chasing each other on a beach half-naked; lovingly they embrace each other and kiss, implying "Forget about reality, let's make love. Forget about the fact that you might have a disease, and I have a big chance of getting pregnant. Forget about it." The more people watch these commercials, the more they believe these intended messages to be true. Forget about everything, only love and passion matters! Wrong! Today, the statistics on people diagnosed with having a sexually transmitted disease is high, and the statistics on young teens becoming impregnated is high. And, because of these teens having babies that they're unable to take care of, there are millions of children in foster care right now without any real place to call home.

In her essay, Joyce Garity, a social worker, hits every subject pertaining to "sex in media" and pinpoints what negative messages the world is sending out to our youth today. She refers to one girl in particular. Elaine had come to live with her for a while. Troubled and nearly lonesome in the world, she was pregnant again with her second child while her first child had already been placed in a foster home. When asked by Garity why she allowed herself to become pregnant again, she said she thought birth control and condoms to be unromantic and embarrassing; one couldn't really be passionate with sex and worry about using contraceptives at the same time. In other words, Elaine was just another brainwashed individual, lost in a fantasy where negativity doesn't exist. Forget about reality!

How can we deprogram the damage that has been done by the media? We can start by self-educating ourselves through self-help books. Through self-educating ourselves, we obtain knowledge and through knowledge come a transformation of our way of thinking, acting and feeling. Let's start making our own conclusions as to how we should live based on righteous morals and norms.

An introduction

Team iDemise is a gaming team with quite the reputation in FPS gaming. But this doesn't necessarily mean a thing when it comes to fast leveling in MMORPGs. So I purchased the guide with some skepticism.

I was quite pleasantly surprised to find my initial doubts groundless. iDemise's claim that their iDemise leveling guide on the market isn't just a boast-at the very least, they are a serious contender for the title. Find out why in this iDemise guide review.

The method

Anyone with even a bit of common sense knows that leveling in Warcraft is best done by questing. Even mediocre questing will result in far better experience gain than grinding mobs for hours. Superior players may even be able to plot out a questing course, and increase their leveling speed even more. Superior players who have done the quests many times can no doubt level even faster, with even better leveling routes.

The Team iDemise Leveling Guide makes you the equivalent of a superior player with multiple 70s. At no time did I find myself thinking "Wouldn't doing XXX before XXX be faster?" as I often have using other guides, such as Brian Kopp's Alliance Leveling Guide or Joanna's Horde Leveling Guide.

Now, you may be skeptical. "Ok, so I know what order to do them in. But I still don't know where everything is." Like other popular guides, the iDemise guide makes liberal use of map coordinates. And like a few others, they provide an addon to help out.

The Addon

The addon provided with the iDemise guide is really nice. I personally found it much more effective than any competitor's addon. Unlike other guide's mods, which usually just toss a load of coordinates on your map and say "good luck", this one includes everything you need to level, from directly in the game.

The entire guide is available to you. Not only the leveling guide, and a coordinate system, but built-in systems to make sure you are optimizing your character for leveling, with tips on Talent Builds and such. Really helpful to players new to the game or maybe just new to the class.

I purchased the XBOX 360 version of this game on the date of its release, and I actually played this anime game for over 5 hours as soon as I got home. The reason why is very simple, this game can be summed up in one word and that is, amazing. This is definitely not your everyday run of the mill fighting game.

The most amazing aspect of this game is the fact that they have taken actual footage and clips from the Dragonball Z series, and animated it into a cell-shaded work of art. This game also has the advantage that most of the voices are from the original series, with the addition of Vegeta being voiced by Christopher Sabat and not Brian Drummond. This is not exactly a problem as Sabat did voice over 200 episodes, whilst Drummond did about 50. But as simple as this touch is, it is something that many anime games fail to implement.

The game play is also simple and easy to use, and you can even equip cut scenes that can help you during the battle. For example, in the Saiyan saga, you can equip Kururin (Krillin in the UK), and he will aid you in your attack once you have reached all the requirements. These requirements can range from dealing X amount of damage, to taking off X life bars whilst you yourself have two.

This game is ridiculously pretty and extremely well made, though I was annoyed at the absence of the Buu Saga. The Buu Saga was the final chapter in the Dragonball Z saga, and I'm not entirely sure how you can call it a Dragonball Z game when it lacks all the sagas from that series. I mean, it even includes the stupid Brolli saga, but neglects to include the Buu saga which would have introduced to us all the fusion characters.

The reason this is also an issue is because it means that the next game they bring out can't be a Dragonball Z game, only a Dragonball game, or a GT game, which if they were to included the Buu Saga in this, then that would be incorrect as these series' are about 15 years apart. For none fans, this may not be an issue, but it is a huge contingency error, and they would in fact do better to miss the Buu Saga out all together, which would be a huge shame as it is in fact one of the coolest.

So if you like the Dragonball Z anime series, you should love this game, as it brings you everything a fan could want.
